Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves jump to $15.518 billion
Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves currently stand at $15.518 billion.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - The country’s total liquid foreign reserves have reached $15.518 billion, a press release issued by the State Bank of Pakistan said.
According to a breakup of the foreign reserves position provided by SBP:
Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan — $8.358bn
Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks — $7.160bn
Total liquid foreign reserves — $15.518 bn
During week ending November 1, State Bank of Pakistan’s reserves increase by $443 million, the central bank said on Thursday.
